Having launched Proposion N2N (accessing Domino data/services from .NET applications), we think a logical companion technology would be the ability to run ASP.NET applications on the Domino server (without running IIS and suffering the associated security risks). Early prototypes are looking pretty good.
I am curious to hear how many would want this. Who sees value in adding some ASP.NET pages to your Domino site? It would be an almost exact analog to mixing in some JSP pages, which some people are doing today. You would be able to use Web controls (like data grids, tree controls, and mobile controls) and other ASP.NET features. It would also be a fast way to deploy a XML Web Service on Domino (leveraging Domino security, etc.).
